Investments

Sitting fees - This option is FROZEN at this time to focus on setting up my "Still Business Food Shoots"; Website will be updated when available.

  • $150 for up to 1-7 people; $175 for 7-14 people; additional $25 per person after 14.
  • Most sessions will conclude in one hour and have around 150 - 200 photos shot.
  • I will come to your home or we can travel to the location of your choice. For a commute of 30 miles or more, travel fees will apply to invoice. (Travel fees will vary to fuel pricing)
  • Fees due at the time of booking to hold your session slot; 48 hour notice is required for refund of sitting fee or to reschedule.
  • Fees are for time and talent of photographer only; includes minor touch ups and editing. Please call for pricing on major editing, retouches, or background changes.

Executive Portraits - This option is FROZEN at this time to focus on setting up my "Still Business Food Shoots"; Website will be  updated when available.

For Business & Publicity

  • $150 for on location fee
  • $100 for one posed (your choice of photo) hi-res photo emailed to you of each or the first (4) employees; with all copy rights released (in a signed form for your files) to use as needed.
  • $50 for each additional employees; the same choice of your one photo will be emailed to you the same as above.
  • For a commute of 30 miles or more, travel fees will apply to invoice. (Travel fees will vary to fuel pricing).
  • After the photos are shot, I will load all choices on my website at www.capturethemoment.biz and email you the password to the gallery when they are loaded. You will then have 10 days to choose photos and I will email your photos to you one at a time to keep the hi-res format.
  • 1/2 payment is due at the time of the photo shoot and then other 1/2 will be due before the emailing of your photographs.

For Still Business Food Shoots - This option IS available at this time.

  • FREE Session for an on location shoot, (your restaurant or food truck), if you provide food, prepare the food and provide the props (dishes, silverware, table settings). 
  • $100 Session fee for an on location shoot, (your restaurant or food truck), if you provide the food, prepare the food and I provide the props (dishes, silverware and table settings).
  • $20 for each digital photo with all copyrights with a minimal of 5 photos per session.
  • $10 for each digital photo with all copyrights after the minimal of 5 is purchased.
  • For a commute of 30 miles or more from Mayflower, AR, travel fees will apply to invoice. (Travel fees will vary to fuel pricing).
  • After the photos are shot, I will load all choices on my website at www.capturethemoment.biz and email you the password to the gallery when they are loaded. You will then have 10 days to choose photos and I will email your photos to you one at a time to keep the hi-res format.

Parties & Events - This option IS available at this time.

  • I will travel to your choice location for Parties and Special Events. (Not for posed family photos - this is for candid snapshots only).
  • For a commute of 30 miles or more, travel fees will apply to invoice. (Travel fees will vary to fuel pricing).
  • Fee is $50 per hour and a two (2) hour minimal.
  • Fee includes all photos taken on a jumpdrive with a full copy right release.
  • All Parties and Events payments are due at the time of booking and non-refundable.

Pricing

  • You will find a-la-carte pricing, canvas gallery wrapping, packaged and extra pricings below.
  • Many other options are available upon request. Examples: calendars, collages, Christmas cards, birth announcements and invitations.
  • I will notify you when photos are loaded and are in an album on the web for your viewing. You can view in the privacy of your home. You will then have 30 days to pick your photos. After the 30 days, your photos will be removed from the website and there will be a $25 fee to reload your photos for viewing for 10 additional days.

Canvas Gallery Wraps

  • Each Canvas is printed on a high quality gloss coated canvas material using a 6 color process solvent inkjet printer which allows for accurate color depiction.
  • They are gallery wrapped around a 1.50” thick wooden frame. This technique requires no additional framing.
  • “Gallery Wrapped” is where the picture wraps around the frame outside of the frame.

Extras

  • Social Networking Permission - Face Book, Instagram, Twitter or email permission = $50 with order (unless otherwise stated with your package purchased)
  • Adding a High Resolution jumpdrive of your entire album with photographer's release is $5 per photo; you must purchase the entire album that is loaded.
  • Emailed High Resolution photo with photographer's release = $50 per photo
